And here's what I know after more than two decades:

I started my first company at 22, creating extraordinary events, building a team and learning firsthand what it takes to turn an idea into a thriving business.
Eventually, I sold that company and stepped into the corporate world, where I fell in love with operations, organizational growth, people and culture, and the strategy behind profitable businesses.
I spent years helping organizations grow, leading teams, strengthening infrastructure and making the kinds of decisions that create meaningful, measurable results.
Then entrepreneurship called me back. I co-founded an agency and co-working studio dedicated to elevating businesses and brands, before bringing everything I'd learned into the work I do today.
And somewhere along the way, I realized something.
Building a great business is only half the equation.
The other half is building a life you actually get to enjoy.
I know what great business strategy can create.
I've worked inside businesses at different stages of growth, helping leaders move
from big ideas to strong, sustainable operations.

But what I love even more?
Watching the woman behind the business get her life back.
Because the business and the woman leading it are connected.
You can have the perfect strategy on paper and still struggle to implement it. You can hire the team and still find yourself doing everyone's job. You can make more money and somehow feel less free.
That's why I don't separate business strategy from the person responsible for executing it.
My work brings together two decades of business-building experience with somatic coaching and radical self-leadership. We look at your business model, profitability, operations, team, leadership and growth strategy.
And we look at the patterns that influence how you make decisions, navigate uncertainty, receive support and lead.
We build the business. And we expand your capacity to lead it.
Because the goal isn't to make you better at carrying everything.
It's to build something that no longer requires you to.
And outside of business?
I'm a mama to three incredible humans.
I'm highly ambitious and love nothing more than being at home.
I can spend hours talking about business strategy, leadership and profitability, and just as happily disappear into a conversation about the soul, human behaviour and what makes us who we are.
I love hip-hop, deep conversations, beautiful places and the feeling of bringing a big idea to life.
I'm equal parts practical and intuitive.
I believe in working hard for things that matter, but I don't believe life is meant to be one endless exercise in proving ourselves.
I believe in beautiful experiences, meaningful relationships, financial freedom, big dreams and the ordinary Tuesday afternoons that make a life extraordinary.
And I want more women to experience all of it.
Here's what matters most to me.
That you build a business you're proud of. That you become the kind of leader who trusts herself. That you make extraordinary money without believing you have to earn it through exhaustion.

I see your potential, I understand how everything impacts everything else (the biggest picture), I get shit done while building deep relationships and being your biggest cheerleader (I actually was a cheerleader in high school, not much has changed)
For a long time, I felt conflicted inside myself. I love to dirty dance in my kitchen to some good 90s Hip Hop but I also can articulate the journey of my soul in a really deep way. I make a mean margarita (but am 3 years sober) and small talk makes me anxious and awkward. I love to public speak and story-tell but am more of an introvert. Now though, I just love all these bits of myself and have learned to embody all of the nuances that make me, me.
I've won a reality television show. Yep. That's a story for another day. I've filmed a documentary. Apparently, I have a thing for saying yes to experiences that take me outside my comfort zone.
I published my first book after almost 20 years of wrestling with the courage to actually do the damn thing. I have lived everything that I teach - in fact my lived experience is my biggest teacher.
I've been in every facet of business, seeing the whole picture is important to me but I listen to my intuition in every scenario and it's a superpower I trust more than anything else.
